Callum Sensei has got a great way of explaining why we train certain moves, what they would be used for and when. I find that this helps me to visualise those situations and therefore improve my technique. He has also been doing some one on one with my son who says his patience and explanations are really helping him get back into karate. You will not be disappointed! My husband and I joined JKS Arrochar with our kids to be productive with our hour. After 8 months of weekly karate-ing as a family, learning & training together we are now beginning to take extra Kumite and kata classes to improve our skills together - first grading for 3 of us this weekend! My son attends this local karate school and it has proved to be highly beneficial for his mental and physical health. Sensei Callum is amazing! Callum has so much passion for this martial art and it shows, every member enjoys his sessions, Callum teaches in a way I have never seen before, my son loves it so much that he wants to add another session.
